    The problem with dieting for me is that i dont like to meny different meals. If I can find a diet , i.e that has mostly the same foods daily it will soot me much better, ie yoghurt and fruit for breakfast , low gi bread and salad for lucn and small dinner i.e meat and veg/salad. Is there such a simple diet, im really desperate to loose 6 kg… I have a wedding to attend on the 30th of October and want to be at least 5kg lighter and i just dont know what to do… I am also on a thyroid tablet, wondering if it actually works. Please can someone help me. Thanks so much
