Avocados are loaded with vitamin B, which your body needs in order to maintain healthy nerves and brain cells. Guacamole isn’t the only way to get your avocado fix—try this Brazilian-inspired smoothie recipe.

Ingredients

2 cup low-fat milk
1 large, ripe avocado
2 T honey
Ice, to taste

Directions

Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a blender. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.
