Trout contains valuable natural oils that are excellent for your hair and skin.
Papaya is a good source of vitamin E, which can help to protect your sun-drenched skin, as well as strengthen your hair and nails.
SERVES 4
1. Cut 4 deboned trout fillets into 2 cm cubes. Place in a glass or ceramic dish and pour the juice of two limes over the cubes.
2. Finely chop 1 small red chilli and 1/2 an onion and scatter over the trout. Cover and chill in the fridge.
3. After 1 hour, make sure that all the fish is covered in lime juice. Rearrange if necessary, and refrigerate for another hour.
4. Slice 1 medium, peeled papaya into strips and arrange on a serving dish. Chop 2 tomatoes and 1/2 a peeled avocado into small cubes. Scatter over the papaya slices. Add a handful of fresh coriander leaves and lastly the trout cubes.
Serve with lime wedges.
