Ingredients:
250 g Asian noodles, cooked according to the instructions on the packet.
salt and ground black pepper
250 g thinly cut beef strips, with no visible fat.
45 ml soya sauce
45 ml honey
45l toasted sesame seeds

Instructions:
1.Spray a little olive oil in a frying pan using a pump spray and heat over a high heat, fry the meat for a few minutes until cooked. Season to taste. Add the soya and honey and stir through.
2.Add the noodles and sesame seeds to the pan and stir through. Allow to cool and divide into portions. Ladle into bags and refrigerate for up to 4 days, ready to grab for a lunch on the go.

Quick idea:
Give the noodles some added zing with a zesty Asian dressing. Mix 60 ml lime juice, 30 ml fish sauce, 60 ml water, 10 ml brown sugar with 1 crushed garlic clove, 5 ml chopped chilli and a handful of chopped coriander in a small bowl and decant into a small lockable bag or container. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Make a lovely noodle salad:
Keep a handful of mixed herbs like coriander, mint and basil leaves in a zip lock bag. Pack the noodles, dressing and herb leaves separate until lunchtime and quickly combine for a satisfying lunch treat.
