Make your own mozzarella sticks. It’s easy, fast and perfect when entertaining.
Serves: 4 | Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
226g fat-free mozzarella cheese, sliced into 8 fingerlike strips (cut 226g square in half widthwise; cut each half into 4 sticks)
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tbsp horseradish
Olive-oil cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200′C
2. Coat a baking sheet with olive-oil cooking spray and set aside. Place the egg whites and bread crumbs in separate shallow bowls. Add mozzarella cheese to egg whites and turn to coat.
3. Transfer to bread crumbs and turn to coat, gently pressing the crumbs into the cheese to cover completely. Arrange the mozzarella sticks on the prepared baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes, until golden brown.
4.Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and horseradish together. Serve with warm mozzarella sticks
