Add fresh fruit and juice to provide antioxidants such as vitamins C and E.

SERVES 4
Nutritional content per wine glass:
392 kJ | 10 g carbohydrater| 0 g protein | 0 g fat|| 0 g fibre

1 x 750 ml bottle of white wine
250 ml orange juice
45 ml honey, slightly warmed
to make mixing easier
3 oranges, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 lime, sliced
500 ml soda water
lots of ice

1. Mix the wine, orange juice and honey. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add the orange, lemon and lime slices. Chill.
3. Add the soda water and ice just before serving.
