Model, business woman and new mom Cindy Nell-Roberts shows us how she keeps her abs flat.

“I’ve never had that perfect bikini, small-waisted figure, and for a large part of my life, I wanted exactly that. I think a lot of us stand in front of the mirror and think, “My body isn’t perfect.” But it is perfect if it’s strong and fit. I love that my body is strong and curvy – it’s just me.”

“I need to work hard to keep my body in shape. Exercise didn’t come naturally to me; I’ve always had to work hard at it. I go to Pilates twice a week. I try to walk three times a week for an hour. I also do weight training with my personal trainer twice a week.”
