I’m not a big fan of modern romance. To me it is dull and lacks a lot of imagination. People have become spoilt that everything is readily available, nothing is new but recycled. When reading books I select classic romance where there are suitors, and love letters that make your heart skip. In the digital age there is so much short texting which takes so much intimacy out of it.

I am not a big fan of modern romance. To me it is dull and lacks a lot of imagination. We are a spoilt generation, with everything readily available. Nothing is new, but recycled. How did we even get to the point where toys are being used for stimulation. When reading books I select classic romance, where there are suitors and love letters that make your heart skip a bit, where words would create this whole new exciting experience through imagination instead of porn photos and videos that are so easily accessible even to children. With a lot of things being digital and fast paced, we short text so much that even the words we write no longer have that feeling of intimacy.
