1. Stand in front of a mirror and look carefully for any changes in your breasts. |

2. Check your breasts by standing with one hand behind your head and using your fingertips to gently feel your breast in a circular motion. Begin at point A and in a circular motion, follow the arrows to point B and then back to point A, feeling for a lump or thickening (check your armpit too). Repeat with the other hand. |

3. Lie down and put your right arm behind your head. With the left hand, check your right breast. Repeat on the opposite side. |
