It’s an innovative coaching system that offers audible coaching while you’re running.

This new device tracks your heart rate, pace, distance and stride rate, and it creates a goal-orientated running program for every type of runner.

This is what you’ll get from the miCoach bundle:

The heart rate monitor is strapped to your chest or to your new adidas tee, shorts or jacket (with built in miCoach compartments). It monitors your heart beat and sends your information to the pacer.

The stride sensor can clip on your shoe or you can buy compatible adidas Salvation or Supernova trainers. It monitors your stride, distance and kilojoules and sends this information to your pacer.

The pacer is the main device. You can wear it on your upper arm and its MP3 player compatible so you can still enjoy your tunes. Based on the information sent from the heart rate monitor and the stride sensor, The Pacer offers audible coaching based on your real-time stride and heartbeat.

For easy guidance there are the zone guide-lights which will help you work out at a pace that suits your individual needs.
1. Blue light: Energy zone: Easy effort builds your aerobic base and improves recovery.
2. Green light: Endurance zone: Medium effort extends your endurance and optimally burns kilojoules.
3. Yellow light: Strength zone: Hard effort improves your cardio strength.
4. Red light: Power zone: Maximum effort boosts your power and speed.

After your run you can connect it to your computer and it will automatically sync all data gathered from your miCoach to www.miCoach.com for a more detailed review of your run online.
