Hi, I am doing the 94.7 cycle challenge in November this year and look forward to enjoying it. Last year I did not know what to expect and hated every one of the six hours it took to complete the race. I am seeing a personal trainer today to help me work out a training plan according to my fitness level. If anyone out there is also doing the 94.7 please let me know, it would be great to know how you are training and how you stay motivated!
