1. Stay focused

I don’t tell people my goals – some of them are extravagant and I don’t want anyone planting a negative seed.

2. Be humble

I was raised to treat everyone equally. I think being real with people will inevitably help you get ahead.

3. Determination

I aim to be good at everything I do; there are no half measures.

4. Grab every opportunity

I don’t let an opportunity pass me by – I saw a poster on campus that TUKS FM was holding auditions and I went for it

5. Perseverance

I don’t let fear stand in my way. I’m scared of heights, so when I was on holiday in Ibiza recently I cliff jumped into the ocean from 25m. I overcame my fear and by the third jump I really enjoyed it!
