I have been weight training for almost 6 years and somehow landed up at One80:)
Now in 2 months I have seen better results than in all those years of normal weight training. Results are absolutly amazing – just a big thanks to Chris at One80.
Dont forget to check out their new fb page for fabulous tips & specials:)

WE DO KETTLE BELLS AT OUR GYM -FLEX APPEAL IN SPRINGS, GAUTENG. I FEEL SHE DO NOT PERFORM THE CLEAN AND PRESS OR THE SNATCH IN A SAFE WAY. WITH THOSE MOVES WE SWING A LOT MORE, WE SWING RIGHT THROUGH TO USE THE MOMENTUM OF THE WEIGHT, AND NOT TO FEEL THE WEIGHT, AND WE LADIES USE A HEAVIER KB.SHE JUST DROP THE KB AND SNATCH IT UP. WITH MORE SWING YOU PERFORM A SAFER MOVE FOR YOUR BACK AND CAN USE A HEAVIER KB? THAT IS MY 5 CENTS. SALOME
