We’re looking for a new fitness challenge diarist and welcome entries from women who are ready to commit 110 percent to their goal!

You don’t need to be sporty to enter. In fact, we challenge all couch potatoes to come on board too, because we know a total health transformation is possible for anyone who firmly sets their mind to it.

Whether you’re dreaming of running Comrades, cycling the Argus, a long-distance swim – or combining all three in a triathlon – we’d love to hear from you! Any bold fitness or sporting goal will be considered, so don’t be afraid to dream big.
You’ll need:

TIME You’ll have to put in the hours to make your dream a reality – and writing you column every month will take planning and dedication.

MOTIVATION Your eating and exercise habits will probably need a make-over, and you will need to be able to stick with healthy habits and resist temptation.

COMMITMENT It’s not always going to be an easy road, but if you take on this challenge, giving up is not an option.
