I joined boot camp on 19th of July and after the 1st session felt like death….but continued through the pain and discomfort. Today I feel more alive, have reached my 1st goal of running 5km in 35 minutes and have definately had a change in body shape already….mainly round the abdomen area. I love the support of our instructor and the coaching and encouragement, as well as interacting with other women of like mindedness.
