20-Minute cardio blasts

Print page

Do one of these 20-minute kilojoules-blasters every day to help 5 kilograms melt away.

Remember, the harder and faster you go during your cardio sessions, the more body fat you’ll burn. That doesn’t mean you need to take it all-out every time you do cardio, but try to ramp up the intensity at least a few times a week.

Use the RPE as your intensity guide for these three workouts.

Treadmill Walk/Run

If you have access to a treadmill, use this workout to blast away fat in just 20 minutes.

Outdoor walk in the park

If you prefer being outdoors, try this workout, you’ll burn kilojoules without feeling like you’re working out. Power walking or hiking up steep grades and on unpaved trails really challenges your leg muscles and your core

Elliptical training

An elliptical trainer is a great cardio workout. This plan was designed for the elliptical trainer and stationary bike.
