iThemba Walkathon
PROVINCE/AREA: Cape Town, Western Cape
DETAILS: Join Avon and Justine at the Green Point Cricket Stadium for the 5km and 10km walkathon to help raise funds towards breast cancer education and awareness. The family fun walk costs R60 for adults and R40 for children under the age of 12. All funds will go to the breast cancer support group, Bosom Buddies. Activities on the day include a kids activity corner, plenty of food, display stalls and prizes for the best dressed. Walkers can pre-register online.

the pre-registration this year at Curves is extremely poorly organised. The Curves receptionist complaiend that if Curves clients arrives, she is not sure if she could still do the registration. Give the reg to Cape town strand street curves, they are friendly and kind, not Claremont please!
the collection packs at the Registration 2010 was a nightmare.
your volunteers are not briefed. All my friends support the walk, but the organising is extremely poor!!!
